Hoy nos despertamos a las 7:30 de la mañana. Lo primero que hicimos fue a orar a Dios por todas las bendiciones y la protección nos da a cada uno de nosotros al darnos la vida, la alimentación, la salud y todas las cosas que necesitamos para sobrevivir. Después de orar empezamos a tomar el desayuno. Hoy desayunamos comida americana que eran huevos, tocino, hash browns y una taza de jugo de naranja. También comimos un plátano.

Después del desayuno que nos desviamos a la carretera ". Esta frase la aprendi durante el viaje. No es una frase común, pero me gusta. Entonces nos pusimos en camino hacia la Faith académic High School. Cuando llegamos a la escuela secundaria, nos reunimos con el pastor que nos recibió ayer. Entonces entramos a la escuela secundaria y se reunió con el Director de Primaria que era una mujer que había pasado más de 30 años en la escuela secundaria. Ella nos explico cómo funcionan las escuelas en el ámbito académico y de la parte social. Pudimos ver que esta escuela secundaria es similar a nuestra escuela porque ambos tienen la misma estructura en las reglas que tienen y cómo se desarrollan y organizan los grados en diferentes partes. Después nos fuimos alrededor de los edificios de escuelas secundarias. Fuimos a ver cómo algunas clases desarrolladas. También visitamos el centro de admisión y la sala de música donde vimos una gran cantidad de instrumentos que utiliza la escuela secundaria de su sinfonía y otros grupos musicales.

Después de visitar los edificios de la escuela que dejó la escuela secundaria comenzamos a viajar hacia de la playa. Pasamos casi una hora y media buscando la playa. Estábamos tan felices y contentos de ir a la playa.

En el camino a la playa pasamos en un gran túnel que está por debajo de la carretera cerca de la playa y el mar.

También vimos algunas grandes máquinas que se utilizan para mover los contenedores grandes que los barcos de transporte grande. Entonces vimos un gran barco de la Marina que tiene algunas armas grandes debajo de ella y que se utiliza para el transporte de comer una gran cantidad de personas.Entonces llegamos a la playa en una hermosa ciudad de Mobile, Alabama. El nombre de la ciudad es Daphne. Pasamos alrededor de 3 horas en llegar la diversión en la playa. Jugamos con una pelota de fútbol americano que compró en una venta de garaje en el camino hacia Alabama. Bueno, realmente disfrutamos de un estar en esta playa, vimos una gran cantidad de aves como un juguete puede ver en estas fotos.Después de un tiempo nos detuvimos y nos pusimos en camino para volver a visitar la casa de hora. En el camino de regreso nos detuvimos a almorzar en un restaurante alrededor de las 4:30 pm. Yo tenía mucha hambre pero no me acuerdo que siendo yo la playa. Después de comer seguimos viaje, pero luego nos detuvimos en algunas tiendas para ver lo que podemos encontrar para comprar. Compré 2 camisas y algunas bandas tontas de mis primos en Honduras. Después de visitar todas las tiendas que continuó viajando hasta que llegamos aquí en la casa de Noemí, donde vamos a pasar la noche. Bueno el día de hoy quiero hablar de esta hermosa familia que nos conocimos y que son la familia Céspedes. Puedo decir que Nohemy es una buena persona y que ella es un gran ejemplo de un bien de Honduras. El Sr. David es una gran persona como su esposa y una como la forma en que ellos viven porque viven juntos y hacer cosas juntos. Esta familia tiene una relación así con Dios y nos enseñó acerca de Jesús y de los propósitos que él imprescindibles para nosotros.
Este fue un buen día. Todo lo que pasó hoy fue con un propósito y ese propósito es Dios. Gracias por leer mi blog. Que Dios los bendiga. Buenas noches. Espero que para escribir tan pronto como sea

Today we woke up at 7:30am. The first thing that we did was to pray to God for all the blessings and the protections that he gives to each one of us by giving us life, food, health and all the things that we need to survive. After praying we started taking breakfast. Today we got an American breakfast that contains eggs, bacon, hash browns and a cup of orange juice. We also ate a banana.

After Breakfast we ‘hit the road’. This phrase I had learned during the trip. Is not a common phrase but I like it. Then we hit the road toward Faith Academic High school. When we arrived to the high school we met with the pastor that received us yesterday. Then we entered to the High School and met the Elementary Director that was a woman that had spent more than 30 years in the high school. She explained us how the school works in the academic and the social part. We could see that this high school is similar as our school because both have the same structure in the rules that they have and how they develop and organize the grades in different parts. Then we went around the high school buildings. We went to see how some classes developed. We also visited the admission center and the music room where we saw a lot of instruments that the high school uses for their symphony and other musical groups.

 After visiting the school buildings we left the high school and started traveling through the beach. We spent almost 1 ½ hours looking the beach. We were so happy and glad of going to the beach.

On the way to the beach we passed on a big tunnel that is below the road closer to the beach and the sea.

We also saw some big machines that are used to move big containers that the big ships transport. Then we saw a big ship of the Marina that has some big guns under it and that is used to transport ate a huge amount of people.

Then we arrived to the beach in a beautiful town of Mobile, Alabama. The name of the town is Daphne. We spent around 3 hours getting fun in the beach. We played with a American football ball that we bought in a yard sale on the way to Alabama. Well a really enjoyed being in this beach, we saw a lot of birds as toy can see in these pictures.

After a time we stopped and then we hit the road to return to hour visiting home. On the way of returning we stopped to take lunch in a restaurant around 4:30pm. I was really hungry but I forget that while we were I the beach. After eating we continued traveling but then we stopped in some stores to see what we can found to buy. I bought 2 shirts and some silly bands for my cousins In Honduras. After visiting all these stores we continued traveling until we arrive here in Nohemy’s home where we are going to spend the night. Well this day I want to talk about this beautiful family that we met and they are the Lawns family. I can say that Nohemy is a good person and that she is a great example of a good Honduran. Mr. David is a great person as his wife and a like the form in that they live because they live together and make things together. This family has a well relationship with God and they Taught us about Jesus and the purposes that he haves for us.

This was a good day. Everything that happened today was with a purpose and that purpose is God. Thank you for reading my blog. God bless you. Good night. Hope to write as soon as possible.

Arkansas, Mississippi y Alabama Miercoles & Jueves Marzo 28-29, 2012 Dias de viaje

Miercoles marzo 28, 2012 dia de viaje

Hoy en la ma;ana nos levantamos temprano en la casa  de ms. Kathy Owen. Cuando nos levantamos arreglamos y ordenamos todo el espacio donde estuvimos. Despues de arreglar todo fuimos a desayunar. Hoy comimos un rico desayuno Hondure;o que eran huevos, frijoles, tortillas y una taza de café. Despues de desayunar fuimos a ver el trabajo de mr. Bob. El esta trabajando en la produccion de abejas y el desarrollo de refugios para la abejas. Mr. Bob esta creando los refugios en forma de un cuadrado el cual esta dividido en diferentes secciones. Hay una parte donde las zbejas se reproducen y crean mas espacio para que todas puedadn vivir juntas. En otra parte las abejas tienen un contenedor no muy grande que les da agua muy azucarada para que las abejas no tengan que salir en busca de polen. Luego de esas partes hay mas curators de reproduccion ya que las abejas se reproducen muy  rapido. Ozark Ceadr Hives se llama con lo que mr. bob esta trabajando para producer mas vida de abejas, miel y refugios/casas par alas abejas. Despues de ver en lo que Mr. Bob esta trabajando nos despedimos de el y de Ms. Kathy. Ms. Kathy nos dio unas frutas y un regalo para cada una de nuestras mamas. Luego salimos y continuamos hacias Alabama. Hoy fue era mi turno como copiloto. Al comienzo estaba un poco confundido y nos perdimos alrededor de 2 horas. Luego nos paramos a preguntar y una muchacha nos ayudo a encontrar el camino correcto. Nos dimos cuenta que la la herramienta que usabamos como mapa estaba totalmente incorrecta y esto ya nos habia confundido tres dias seguidos mientras viajabamos. Luego seguimos hasta encontrar el camino correcto el cual tomamos por un largo tiempo. Despues de 2 horas paramos en un centro turistico donde rentan kayaks par air a un rio cerca de alli. Lastimosamente no teniamos mucho tiempo y entonces no hicimos nada en este lugar.

 Seguimos viendo lugares turisticos durante el viaje y luego paramos a comer en un restaurant de comida rapida. Despues seguimos viajando hasta que llegamos a la frontera de Mississippi y Arkansas. Cruzamos todo el rio Mississippi que es lo que divide estos dos estados Mississippi y Arkansas. Cruzamos del oeste del Mississippi al Este del Mississippi hasta llegar a greenville Mississippi. cruzamos un gran puente.

Jueves 29 de marzo 2012 día de viaje a través de Alabama.

Hoy nos despertamos a las 8:00 am. Lo primero que hicimos este día fue a tomar enuestro desayuno. Hoy me comi solo un waffle y una taza de café. Después de tomar desayuno salimos del hotel y continuamos viajando hacia Alabama. En el camino vimos muchas cosas interesantes. Una de las cosas era una venta de garaje donde compré una pelota de fútbol americano que me costó tan sólo 3 $. Luego seguimos viajando y después vimos una señal de la Universidad de Mississippi que nos esperabamos y que no estaba en nuestros planes. Tomamos la decisión así que nos fuimos a la Universidad de Mississippi, pasamos poco tiempo en esta universidad, pero lo que pudimos ver fue muy bonito y también una universidad histórica  y muy antigua.

En este colegio vimos una bola en forma de la Tierra que el peso de 5000 libras y estaba siendo movida por el agua. Tomamos algunas fotos de este colegio y tuvimos una reunión con la consejera de admisiones internacionales. Nos enseñó acerca de la universidad y los programas que ofrecen para los estudiantes.Luego salimos de la universidad después de un tiempo de 40 minutos y continuós viajando a Mobile, Alabama. En el camino a Alabama nos detuvimos a comer en 'Todo lo que pueda por 10 $. "Creo que se es de uno de los mejores restaurantes en la que había estado. Comi huevos, camarones y nachos. Me llene yno podía comer más que mis compañeros de clase, que también comieron algunos tipos de tartas hechas de limón, tarta de queso y muchos otros.

Luego continuamos viajando hasta llegar a Mobile, Alabama, y ​​nos reunimos con el consejero de la escuela secundaria. La escuela secundaria es muy bonita y tiene buena gente, así que me sentí muy bien. Vimos el equipo de fútbol de la escuela practicando y conocimos el entrenador y nos dijo que quizás en un futuro su equipo puede visitar Honduras en un viaje misionero a jugar con nosotros por algunos días. Luego seguimos hasta que llegamos al móbile.

 

Esta noche vamos a dormir en una casa de la muchacha hondureña, que es amiga de uno de nuestros profesores. Nos dieron la bienvenida muy buena para nosotros. Bueno, ahora ya es tarde así que voy a parar aquí. Nohemy es una hondureña quien nos ha permitido permanecer en su casa en estos dos días, mientras estamos en Alabama. Nohemy se casó con David Lawson y tienen un hijo. Su hijo tiene el mismo nombre que yo "Erick". También me dijo que yo les recuerdo a un muchacho que se reunieron en Guatemala y que es similar a mí. Creo que esto es una familia de belleza y Dios nos bendijo por lo que nos permite permanecer en el hogar Lawson. Este fue un día realmente bueno.

Wednesday March 28, 2012 Traveling Day

Today in the morning we woke up at Ms. Kathy’s home. When we woke up we cleaned and set up everything in order.  After finishing all the setup we went to take breakfast. We ate Honduran breakfast, it was beans, eggs and bacon and with a cup of coffee.  After Breakfast we went to see Mr. Bob work. Mr. Bob is working in bees’ production by making bees homes in form of square. The Square home is divided in different sections in which there is one room where the bee reproduces and create more of they own life. There is another room where the bees can take sugared water instead of pollen. Then there are some other rooms just in case that the bee increases the amount of bees in one home.  Mr. Bob showed to us how to make bees homes and what materials to use because it is a good form of earning more money as a job.  Mr. Bob is working with Ozark Cedar Hives as a company for creating more life in the bees and more production of honey and other materials as the bees’ houses. After looking at Mr. Bob’s job we said goodbye to Ms. Cathy and Mr. Bob. Ms. Cathy gave us some fruits and a present for each mother of all of us. Then we continued traveling toward Alabama. Today it was my turn as the copilot of the car. At the start I was really confused and we lost 2 hours of travel because we were lost for some time. Then we stopped at a building and I asked how we could get the right direction through Alabama. The woman who helped say that we were in the wrong direction and that we need to take other interstate to get the right way. Then we discovered that the map that we were using as our help was taking us in the wrong ways all the last days and including today. Then we continued until we found the right way so we continued on that way for a long time. Then of 2 hours we stopped in a kayak rent to see if we rent one to go to the river but we saw that we didn’t have enough time to stay there so we continued traveling by Missouri on the way to Mississippi.

 We saw more natural places while we were traveling. After a long time we stopped in a restaurant to eat and it was fast food. After eating we travel until arriving to the Mississippi and Arkansas frontier. The Mississippi river is the object that is dividing these two states. We cross from the west of the Mississippi to the east of the Mississippi.We passed through a big bridge in the Mississippi river to cross to Greenville, Mississippi. We are going to spend the night in a hotel here in Greenville.

 At dinner we went to a restaurant close to the hotel and I ate a double sandwich and the others ate different things. Right now we are getting prepared to go to bed so good night.



Thursday march 29, 2012 traveling day through Alabama.

Today we woke up at 8:00am. The first thing that we done this day was to take breakfast.  Today I just ate a Waffle and a cup of coffee. After taking breakfast we left the hotel and continued traveling through Alabama. On the way we saw many interesting things. One of that things was a garage sale were I bought an American football ball that cost me just 3$. Then we continued traveling and then for surprise we saw a signal of Mississippi College that was expecting us but that wasn’t in our plans. We took the decision so we went to travel Mississippi College; we spent a short time in this college but what we could see it was really nice and also a very old historic college.

 In this college we saw a ball in form of Earth that weight 5000 pounds and it was just being moved by water. We took some pictures from this college and we had a meeting with the international admissions counselor. We taught about the college and the programs that they offer for students.

Then we left the college after a time of 40 minutes and continued traveling through Mobile, Alabama. In the way to Alabama we stopped to eat in ‘All you can it for 10$.’ I think that these are one of the best restaurants in which I had been. I ate eggs, shrimp and some kind of natural chips. I got really full so I couldn’t eat anymore as my Classmates; we also eat some kinds of cakes made of lemon, cheese cake and many others.

 Then we continued traveling until we arrived to Mobile, Alabama and met the high school counselor. The high school is really beautiful and it has nice people so we felt very good. We saw the school soccer team practicing and we taught with the coach and told us that maybe in a future his team may visit Honduras in a missionary trip and play with us for some days. Then we continued until we arrived to Mobile. In Mobile we met the high school vice counselor.

 This night we are going to sleep in a Honduran women’s home who is friend of one of our teachers. She welcomed really good to us. Well right now it is late so I will stop right here. Nohemy is the Honduran with that allowed us to stay in his home these two days while we are in Alabama. Nohemy married David Lawson and they have a son. Their son has the same name as me ‘Erick’. They also told me that I remind them to a boy that they met in Guatemala and that is similar to me. I think this is a beauty family and God blessed us by permitting us to stay in the Lawson Home. This was a really good day.
